Welcome to Lumora, your trusted ER:LC & Discord automation platform. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle user data across our website, bot, and integrations. "We," "our," or "Lumora" refers to the Lumora team and its services.

2. Website Usage & Authentication

When logging into the Lumora dashboard, users authenticate via Discord OAuth2. We collect:

• Your Discord username, ID, and avatar
• A temporary session token to keep you logged in

If you connect a Roblox account, we securely pass your auth code to our API to verify and link it with your Discord ID. No passwords are ever stored.

3. Discord Bot & Server Data

By using the Lumora bot, you allow it to read and store limited server data to operate:

• Guild ID, role data, and command usage logs
• User IDs for moderation history, shift logs, or verification
• Configuration settings (e.g., prefix, logs, departments)

You may wipe this data at any time using /settings reset.

4. ER:LC & Roblox Linking

Lumora optionally connects with Roblox and ER:LC to enhance your server's experience:

• Users may link accounts manually or through verified services like Bloxlink.
• For ER:LC PRC integration, API keys are stored securely and never shared.
• You control all integrations and can revoke access anytime.

5. Partner Services & Tools

We utilize services like Cloudflare for secure DNS and DDoS protection. These providers may collect anonymized traffic metadata. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy for more.

Other partners (e.g., Bloxlink or Trello) only access data if you opt in.

6. Policy Changes & Notifications

We may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or legal updates. If any major changes occur, they will be announced in our Discord Support Server.

You can stay informed by enabling the Legal Notifications role. Continued use of Lumora means you accept any updates.

7. Data Protection & Security

We maintain strict safeguards for all stored data, including:

• Secure cloud databases with role-based access
• Encrypted backups for emergency recovery only
• No personal data is ever sold or used for advertising

Still, no system is 100% immune, and by using Lumora, you acknowledge minimal risk.

8. Requesting Data or Removal

You can request access to your stored data or ask for full deletion:

• Open a ticket in our Support Server
• Removal requests are verified to prevent impersonation
• Server data is deleted 7 days after the bot is kicked unless manually wiped
• Backups are purged after 5 days.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lumora Discord bot ("Bot") or associated services, you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of Lumora.

2. About Lumora

Lumora is a multifunctional bot built for the Discord platform (https://discord.com), leveraging Discord's public API and adhering to its Developer Terms and Guidelines. Lumora enhances user experiences with moderation, logging, verification, and role management features.

All usage must comply with both Discord's and Lumora's guidelines. Misuse—including spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse—can result in restrictions or a report to Discord. Report violations via our Support Server.

3. Subscription: Lumora+

3.1 Overview

Lumora+ is a premium tier service purchasable through the /plus manage command. Benefits apply on a per-server basis and can include advanced logging, customization, and priority support.

3.2 Terms

• Only the server owner may apply or refund a slot
• Slots are non-transferable but can be gifted
• Refunds erase all associated configuration
• Misuse may lead to removal of benefits
• Refunds are processed only via /plus refund
• No slots may be resold or traded

4. Privacy & Data

All user interactions with Lumora are covered by our Privacy Policy. By using Lumora, you agree to our collection, use, and storage of data as outlined therein.

5. User Guidelines

5.1 Allowed Use

• For non-commercial or community moderation
• You may not exploit or abuse the bot
• All usage must respect Discord's Terms of Service
• Bots may only be run in approved servers

5.2 Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering Lumora
• Engaging in spam or harassment
• Bypassing permission systems
• Using Lumora to store illegal content
• Falsifying identity or user data

6. Liability & Risk

Lumora and its developers are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or server configurations
• Bot downtime due to maintenance or Discord outages
• Damage or loss resulting from misuse
• Errors caused by third-party services or APIs

7. Termination & Refunds

We reserve the right to terminate access at any time. Users may:

• Cease use of Lumora voluntarily
• Request refund of Lumora+ slots (by the owner only)
• Appeal suspensions via the Support Server

8. Modifications to the Bot

Lumora may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. While we aim to give prior notice for major updates, we are not obligated to do so. Continued use means you accept any changes made.

9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Notices will be posted in the legal-notices thread in our Support Server.

To stay informed, you can opt into the Legal Notices role under the Roles & Channels tab.

By not joining the server or declining notifications, you waive the right to receive updates.

10. Legal Framework

10.1 Intellectual Property

All Lumora branding, features, and source code are the property of the Lumora development team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Lumora or its assets without permission.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within the U.S.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Lumora regarding your use of the Bot.
